The EB 54 model was built in the years 2004 thru 2007, WB1 is hull number 20 of 28. Cared for, to the highest standard, by two very experienced yacht families, their maintenance teams, and under the stewardship of two of the highest quality boatyards in the US. Since new, summers were spent on the brackish waters of the Chesapeake, storage was in a wet shed and winter storage was in a heated building. The second owners bought the vessel in 2014, and maintained the boat at the same level, with the same team, and at the same yard as the original owners. The vessel use was limited to 8 weeks or less most boating seasons, then back into indoor storage for the remaining 44 weeks of the year. In the summer of 2019, the boat voyaged to Maine. In early September, WB1 went indoors in the heated building, where it has remained. Due to Covid-19 travel restrictions, (owners could not enter the US). In the summer of 2022 the boat was launched, all ship’s systems were serviced and exercised, and the boat went back into the shed . During the summer of 2023, the boat was launched for commissioning, ship’s systems were inspected and tested. Motor mounts were determined to require replacement, (replaced 2023) a raw water impeller failed and was consumed in the heat exchanger, which led to a full service of both engines cooling systems. The Company offers the details of this vessel in good faith but cannot guarantee or warrant the accuracy of this information nor warrant the vessel's condition.
